What happens if the driver is going to be late to my address?

If your driver is going to be late to to your address, due to traffic, then either they or the Rider Happiness team will call you on the number that you signed up with to inform you and to check if you will still be at your address during their estimated time of arrival.

If you won't be at home then we'll check whether there's anyone else at the address who could accept your Buzzbike on your behalf.

If not, then we will reschedule your delivery for another convenient day for you - free of charge.
