How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes of placing your order with us. If this hasn't come through to your inbox then please do check your spam and junk folders just in case it has ended up in there.

If you still cannot find the email then please do get in touch with our Rider Happiness team who will be able to double-check that this was sent to your email address.
