Can you collect from my new address?

When you cancel your subscription you will be able to enter the address you'd like us to collect from, if this is different from your delivery address.

Currently we only collect within our Operating Area which is within the M25. If you’re unsure whether we can collect from your address then please contact our Rider Happiness team ( and they’ll be able to confirm this for you.
