What happens if I miss my collection?

We send a time slot via email and text a day before your collection which you can accept or decline if you know that you won't be available to return your Buzzbike at that time. If we attempt the collection, and you are not at your address then our driver will call you to check if we can still collect that day. If you are not at your address, and we can’t get hold of you we will reschedule for another day. There will be a £10 charge for every reattempted collection.
