What happens if I miss my delivery?

We send a time slot via email and text a day before, which you can accept or decline if you know that there will be no-one available to accept the delivery. If we attempt the delivery and you are not at your address then our driver will call you to check if we can still deliver to you that day. If you are not at your address and we can’t get hold of you we will reschedule for another day, however we will need to charge a £10 redelivery fee. Please note, if someone else is in such as a partner or a housemate then they can accept the delivery on your behalf!
