I received an error code when cancelling my subscription, what do I do?

If you receive an error code when cancelling your subscription please make sure all of your payments are up-to-date. If you have any outstanding payments on your account then you will be unable to cancel your subscription until these payments are made. 

If your account is up-to-date and you still receive an error code, please screenshot this and send it to our Rider Happiness team at hello@buzzbike.cc who will be able to resolve this for you.
