What if I can’t pay the subscription the day before my delivery?

We charge your first subscription payment the day before your delivery. It is important to ensure there are funds in your account to allow this payment to be successful, as otherwise your delivery may be delayed. 

If the payment is declined, then a Rider Happiness member will email you to arrange to take your first month's payment. Please note, your first month's subscription must be paid before we deliver your Buzzbike.

If we can't charge your payment the day before your delivery on two consecutive occasions, we will not be able to deliver a Buzzbike to you.
