What if I can’t pay the subscription on the day of my delivery?

We charge your first subscription payment by 9am on the morning of your delivery. It is important to ensure there are funds in your account to allow this payment to be successful, as otherwise your delivery may be delayed. 

If the payment is declined, then a Rider Happiness member will call and email you to arrange taking your first month's payment. Please note, your first month's subscription must paid before we deliver your Buzzbike.

If we can't charge your payment on the morning of your delivery on two consecutive occasions, we will not be able to deliver a Buzzbike to you.
