There’s an issue with my Buzzbike, what should I do?

If you are experiencing any issues with your Buzzbike or Buzzbike EZ we recommend you book an appointment with one of our bike professors through the Buzzbike App. (this can be downloaded from the Apple store and the Play Store). 

Once downloaded, you will need to sign into the app using your Buzzbike account, then go to Support and scroll down to ‘Book a Bike Professor Appointment To Fix Your Issue’, where you will be able to choose the issue with your bike and book the appointment.

When booked in for an appointment, you will be met by one of our bike professors at the agreed time at your chosen location and they will fix the problem with your bike. We also provide swaps as a service, in which we can swap your bike out for an already newly serviced Buzzbike/Buzzbike EZ. Please note that depending on the issue of your bike or your picked location you may be automatically booked in for a swap when making your appointment, this will be communicated to you shortly after booking by a member of our Rider Happiness Team.
