I’m having issues tracking my rides through the app. What should I do?

The first thing to check is that you have your location settings set to ‘always’ rather than ‘only when using the app’ as this can affect the tracking of your rides. 

The second thing to check is that you don’t have your battery saving mode turned on as this can interfere with the GPS tracking that the app uses to record your minutes and miles.

If both of these things are not causing the issue, then we’d suggest the tried-and-tested method of deleting the app and re-downloading it to see whether this resolves the issues.
