I’m having issues tracking my rides through the app. What should I do?

We're really sorry to hear that the app isn't tracking your rides! There are a couple of things that we can suggest to make sure that everything is working as it should be.

Firstly, make sure that your location settings are set to 'always' on in your phone. Sometimes your settings could be turned to ""only when using the app"" and this won't guarantee that your rides are fully tracked. 

Secondly, make sure that your phone isn't in battery saving mode as this can interfere with the tracking as well.
