How do I claim my rewards through the app?

Congratulations on winning a reward through the app! You’ve done the hard work so we’ll take care of the leg work in delivering your rewards to you.

Please note that during peak periods it can take up to 10 working days for us to deliver your reward to you. Fear not, we haven’t forgotten about you!

If you do believe that you should have received a reward and it hasn’t arrived within 10 working days then please email our Rider Happiness team who will arrange delivery of your prize for you.
Please note, you can only win each of the app rewards once.
