What if my payment is late?

If a payment is late then you’ll be sent reminders about the payment with links to update your card details if needed. 

We understand that there are times when making the payment on your payment date can be difficult so we do allow time for your payment to be made. However, we do need to end your subscription and collect your Buzzbike if your subscription is overdue for over two weeks.

If you need to change your payment date then just contact our Rider Happiness team who will be happy to help you with this.
