If you’ve ever tried to sign up to Buzzbike in the past, even if you didn’t receive a Buzzbike, it may be that our website is preventing you from creating a new account with the same details. 

Alternatively, you may see an ‘error 400’ or ‘error 500’ message when trying to sign up. 

In either of these cases please contact our Rider Happiness team who will be able to help you breeze through our sign up process without a problem!
